Notes from Previous Meetings


Rent Payment update: Personal check, money order or ACH withdrawal accepted.  ACH rent payments were not deducted on Thursday or Friday last week. Commonwealth is contacting every resident who submitted an ACH form. Late payments are being waived until Commonwealth is setup and on track as of August 1.

Credit cards for rent payment has been setup in the Rent Manager software. There are processing fees associated with both payment options.


NO Wood Campfires or wood burning fire pits!

This has been a long standing rule in Harbor Village; propane only. Always have an extinguisher, hose or a pail of water ready.

Lincoln County Water Drought: Lincoln County and Harbor Village are asking you to please conserve and use water wisely... we are in for a long, warm, dry summer.

Property Managers: Diane & Rick Wilkerson are here! They reside in the manager's home and work with Assistant Office Manager Cheryl Jones and Maintenance Ray Keys.


Commonwealth setup of credit card and online payment methods is almost complete.  Rent payments and online banking payments via check or money order may be mailed to Commonwealth directly (and also paid at the office as usual):

Prepaid rent: If you pre-paid rent to the Seller, it will roll over to the HVC as a rent credit. Commonwealth is handling the transfer, there is nothing you need to do at this time.


Update: Rent increase pushed to October 1: First Coop rent increase takes place after a 90 day rent increase notice is provided to residents July 1.

RV Deposits: Your deposit paid will transfer from current owner to the Coop via Commonwealth. There is nothing you need to do. We will keep you posted on the status of deposits and whether they will be retained, refunded or applied to the $100 Coop Membership.


New Cooperative Lease: a new lease is under review and being worked on by the BOD and Bylaws Committee. Residents have 6 months to sign new lease agreements. If you are a long term resident and do not have a background check on file, plan to submit one through the office in the near future.


The "Pay To" for rent has changed
If you've paid rent by credit or debit card on file, your bank's bill pay system or online payment portal - STOP payments to current owner.
New rent payee is: Harbor Village Cooperative. See the FAQ page for how to pay rent.
